Our Someday Residential Designs provides services primarily on the Alabama/Mississippi Gulf Coast. However, even if you are not local we can still help you. In-person consultation is not necessary.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO BEGIN THE DESIGN PROCESS?
To begin with, all we will need is your name and contact information. From there Our Someday Designs will set up a FREE consultation call or meeting. In this meeting we will discuss all your wants and needs for your new home as well as determine any additional information that will be required to create a complete design. (additional information may include items such as jurisdictional building requirements, building site constraints, HOA regulations, ect.)
WHAT DOES OUR SOMEDAY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNS INCLUDE IN A PLAN SET?
Your final residential plan set will typically include a title sheet, floorplans, elevations, a roof plan, and an electrical plan. In addition, your set may include a site plan, interior elevations, building sections, or other necessary drawings to to portray design intent. A scope of work will be provided prior to the start of design work, detailing exactly what will be included in your final plan set.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR OUR SOMEDAY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNS TO COMPLETE A DESIGN?
The timeline can vary dependent upon multiple factors, including things like design complexity, & responsiveness of the client. Typically, under ideal circumstances, a design can be completed in as little as 3-4 weeks. An estimated timeline for your project will be provided prior to the start of design.
