• Initial Consultation: FREE

• New Residential Design: .75 cents/per sq. ft. *​

• Additional sections, elevations, or value engineering: $100/ per hour

• Alterations to plans after completion: $100/ per hour

• Client Meeting (outside of initial consultation): $50/hour

• Site Visits: $50/ per hour + mileage

• Mileage: .065 cents per mile
